这种线性非结晶聚碳酸酯最适合用于必须耐受高温,同时还要具备韧性、抗冲击性和高透明度的应用。雅霸(R)还可用于广泛的温度范围,从-30oC至大约+200oC。

凭借这些特性,以及良好的尺寸稳定性、耐气候性和流动性,雅霸(R)可以代替玻璃、金属以及高温应用场合的标准聚碳酸酯。

因此,雅霸(R)独有特性提供高水平的设计自由度以及丰富的工艺范围。这种材料主要采用注射塑模工艺,并提供透明、半透明和不透明以及特种着色选择,以进一步扩展设计空间。


雅霸(R)提供多种同质聚碳酸酯品级,用途广泛,包括具有紫外稳定性和阻燃性的品级。阻燃品级符合UL 94的V-0额定标准(1.5 mm厚)。


在医院、道路或其他耐高温应用场合,雅霸(R)树脂具有可经受高温考验的稳定性能。

普通品级有透明、半透明和不透明色彩选择,并以颗粒形式提供。此外,我们还可以根据需求开发特殊色彩,以满足普通使用和大部分特别品级要求。
采用聚碳酸酯材料制造的产品具有很长的寿命,并有很高的可再利用性。聚碳酸酯比玻璃结实、轻巧,还可以节省能源,减少CO2排放。此外,聚碳酸酯也减少了销售和使用过程中断裂导致的产品损失。大部分生产后的废物采用机械方式回收加工成”可回收品级“聚碳酸酯混合材质。

拜本兰(R)聚碳酸酯+丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物(PC+ASA)共混料包括通用、阻燃、强化与非强化、以及具体应用的特殊目的品级,比如电镀和金属化表面处理。

这些独特的混合材料形成机械与热特性的理想组合,适用于电器、汽车和运输、电气、消费品、医疗、电子产品、IT和通信应用。

阻燃品级提供出色的流动特性,特别适合必须满足严格可燃性标准与热要求的薄壁应用。

拜本兰(R)阻燃品级通常要通过灼热丝测试IEC 60695-2,有些材料甚至要通过960oC,1.0 mm规格测试。

UL 94等级是全球IT、电气与电子行业最重要的可燃性分类标准。拜本兰(R)阻燃品级可提供最小壁厚(根据品级,从最小0.75 mm到1.5 mm),满足UL 94标准最高品质等级“V-0”要求。
